重大利好消息，参加职业年培训项目PY可以免除雅思4个7的会计移民职业评估要求

1. 从2010年7.1起，澳洲会计学位毕业的申请人将可以通过完成SMIPA（俗称会计实习职业年项目）来完成移民职业评估；

2. 毕业生只要完成学历，雅思达到4个6就先做临时会计职业评估，可以申请485临居签证，然后申请人要么完成雅思4个7，要么通过参加职业年培训，完成正式职业评估；

正如澳大利亚留学网5月28日预测的一样，职业年必将大放异彩（/html/tesefuwu/2010/0528/6090.html），CPA这样的改革无疑是创造了一个多赢的局面，第一方面广大的会计学生柳暗花明又一村，通过职业年的培训，顺利通过评估，完成移民；第二方面，澳洲国内的大学、职业年培训机构可以再次延续会计课程的招生，出口教育创汇，保护本地澳洲教师就业；第三方面，通过职业年，极大提高了留学生的英文和工作场所沟通能力，而其中的强制实习部分，又可以把学生放到实际的工作环境中，提高了就业率，甚至据统计去年的职业年学生完成实习后有30%左右的直接得到了实习单位的聘用。

From 1 July 2010, graduates of Australian accounting degree programs who receive an assessment showing that they have: 

• formal qualification assessed as being at least comparable to an Australian Bachelor degree
• completion of at least nine out of the 12 core knowledge areas at tertiary level
• IELTS Academic or General Test Report Form (TRF) to show you have a band score of at least six (6) on each of the four (4) components – speaking, reading, listening and writing

will be able to use their assessments to apply for a 485 visa. These individuals will be able to use the 485 visa period to either gain an IELTS Academic band score of at least seven (7) or to complete the Skilled Migration Internship Program: Accounting(SMIPA).

CPA Australia will update assessments when we receive documentation showing that you have achieved:

• IELTS Academic Test Report Form (TRF) Number to show you have a band score of at least seven (7) on each of the four (4) components – speaking, reading, listening and writing OR
• completed the Skilled Migration Internship Program: Accounting(SMIPA)
